Second of all, #34 gave me little tears of joy because I wanted to hear from someone else that slowing down is extremely crucial in life. I am still working on breaking the cycle of toxic productivity in my life and this was the perfect reminder for me on a challenging day like I had today. I think I will come back to this post several times in my life. It was that good.
Thank you, Mansi, that's really lovely to hear. I'm breaking away from toxic productivity too. Slowly, but I'm getting there. I find it odd now that productivity and accelerating in higher and higher gears are still being applauded so much. I wish we'd applaud rest more.

I’ll treasure these 40 soft commandments that are a true wellness and self love hymn and I’m going to read them again when needed, thank you for sharing them with us!!!!
